So after work-wanted to do a 10kish run, tried to push it. first 2.5 into a strong headwind, thought I was pushing fast, swinging the arms hard, look down at garmin and...9:20 avg, blah blah, but then wind died a bit, was able to pick it up, ran to BHS track, last mile+ on track, (5 laps) her are splits, just fo fun. 9:00, 8:11, 8:37, 7:33, 7:21, 7:11, 1:52 (last .29 a 6:34 avg). another note on the day, my boy got sucker punched from behind while two other dopey kids held his arms, this because Harry J stood up for a little runty kid these wankers were pushing around. That is my boy. What a stud.
