Awesome sunny day run!  Summer has finally arrived, went at high noon so hot, hot, was sweet!  New shoes were a boon. Slow and sweaty, didn't have any water but felt good overall. Avg 8:43

Asics Kyano 15 Red II Miles: 10.30
