Basically took 3 days off since last run with sore throat and lackadaisical attitude, felt like I hadn't run in a month, ah running is a harsh mistress.  started out slowish and sluggish, ran some 8:30 ishness, last 3/4 mile I pushed a low 6 min/mile pace. heart suriving for the time being, stayed up too late last night watching true blood, messed up show

Nice.. 'tis a mistress in deed. True blood - finished season 1. Have to forward over some bore spots, but overall keeps me coming back. Starting season II! Good speed, keep it up.
