got up this fine morning feeling pretty good considering a friday of a bit too much largesse of several varieties, started the trifecta early.  started a bit stiff but warmed up quicker than expected.  5 miles at first: 8:57, 8:14, 8:11, 7:34, 7:03 (pushed hard to try to get under 7, not quite, not quite)  avg 8:00 for morning 5 miles.  later in afternoon ran a little 1.86 with Wob after watching USA lose to Ghana, crap, and some tennis, sweet. this last at an easy 9:20 pace.

Glad you started with a trifecta. It was a nice birthday greeting for me. Missed you in some of the activities here though. Nice runs too.
