got up this morning before six, which is tough for me, ran this nice loop with a tough hill section with my friend Sampo The Finn, was nice to have some conversation while running. Kept the pace nice un easy, Sampo ran his farthest yet in his Vibram 5 fingers, wild but cool!

Seriously dude..this is more mileage than I can keep up with and I have no Finns or any other Scandinavians to run with so not fair. Great half!...Im seriously wasted after the little bit of running that I did this week.
