morning run in 100 degree weather in St. George, Utah.  Sooo hot, this was at 8:30 am by the way!  Wanted to go longer but in this heat I really struggled to get this one done.  Went up snow canyon, sooo awesome.  Took Harry and Bells in the snow canyon lava cave yesterday, that was pretty sweet, hiked some redrocks, also awesome!  Then spent 12 hrs driving back to cali and reality.  Nice vaca

Nice getting some miles in on a busy week of Utah travel. Definitely missed you on the lake, but glad you guys had a great family vacation.
