tried some track work tonight. warm-up from office to track did some fartlek type running, pushed it at close to top speed for 200m (tried to keep it under 6min/mls), jog at 8:30 pace for 200m, did 2 sets of 4. not too amazing but am trying to get into a routine. wob did 'em too, nice to have some company on this type of crap. felt good after, easy run back to home-base.
