Fun race.  The rock/roll marathons are fun with the bands, well supported.  I didn't need to carry my own liquids.  I used my hammer gel because that is what I like.  I feel good about the race.  I wasn't in nearly the pain during this one , especially at the end, like I was in May for Ogden half.  I guess that means I am in better shape but I might have been able to push myself faster/harder?  I had a pretty good kick at the end.  My Garmin time was 143.38 showing a 13.22 distance.  I bit of a discrepancy with the official chip time, but not much.  Here are my splits:

1. 7:46  2. 7:46 3. 7:49 4. 7:53 5. 8:01 6. 7:51 7. 7:47 8. 7:43 9. 8:02 10. 7:50 11. 7:56 12. 7:57 13. 7:42 (.22) 1:28

I slowed down a bit in the middle, I'm ok with that but I think I could have run the last 2.5 to 3 a bit faster. Next time!
