arrrrr. the rrrunning pirate is baaaack!  Grreat run today.  Got some of my speed back, gDoc-less, going to crush me eh?  we'll see. Avg, 8:09 pace.  Total time 1:33:45  my splits, 8:43, 8:29, 8:14, 7:35, 7:22, 7:33, 7:58, 7:59, 8:05, 9:33 (big hill), 8:08, 4:00 last.49.  Run for your Rum me hearties!!

it was disheartening to see those splits and realize fritz isnt going to phoenix, which leaves me beating no relatives...oh well i guess its back to just watching the ladies

I thought all dentists were boring!?! Guess I was wrong!!! Good luck with your running and recovery from your shoulder stuff (ouch). We will see you in Ogden, I will watch for a pirate blowing by me!
