played 2 hours of bball tonight, was sick all weekend with sore throat so I didn't get my long run in. But ball was sweet tonight, actually a lot of cardio, great cross training!
I was watching a class of 5 year olds this sunday and the teacher had them doing a thing with each pretending to be an olympic judge. She asked them which country they were from. The 3rd kid replied "Cheese", so there you go.
Thanks for the encouragement Lucia- I am registered to run the rock & roll half in San Jose first weekend of oct. I haven't yet figured out what is my next full marathon. Need to plan it soon, probably in Dec or Jan somewhere, Any suggestions? G-doc my bro, there IS a country of cheese as you know well, I am the heir apparent.
