Nice HOT HOT labor day run. 87 degrees on the peninsula when I left. I ran 10.8 in 1:36:57. I felt ok with that with the heat and the course. Ran some pretty good hills! Fast split was 7:47, slow split was 12:58 on a big hill!
Cheese is life... Nice run brother! you are going to rock the rock-n-roll. Those long runs will pay off.

by the way, linda c offered a room to anne and I in hawaii the last week of Oct for half price, the nicks are staying with her in her room. so we say what the heck we are going. I still need a SF break though and am trying to work it out. What is weather like in Nov? or first last few days of Sept?
