Nice HOT HOT labor day run. 87 degrees on the peninsula when I left. I ran 10.8 in 1:36:57.  I felt ok with that with the heat and the course.  Ran some pretty good hills! Fast split was 7:47, slow split was 12:58 on a big hill!

nice run, felt good after a long day of shavin' teeth.  Eve, got dark.  Time was 58:29, Averaged 8:27.  Played bball last night for two hours, had a sweet hook baby, but lost 2 outa 3. ouch.
