fun race, did better than I thought I would, so that is always a plus!  Thanks nick for helping me run smart, especially at first, you set the bar bro.  Congrats to my other bothers in the half marathon, all sub 2:00 hr, Hairdog, gdoc, and fred.  I will enjoy not running for a few days then it is the Xterra in June.  Marathon avg was around 8:40, I think, forgot to stop garmin.  Slow mile was 9:06 (mile 25) and fast mile was 7:54 (mile 23). funny.  Official time 3:43:25

WOW--that is a great mile 23. It was hard after 20, I am impressed!

Enjoy a very good BREAK!

Star...or an anomoly.. a star I think. Great race! You rocked it. I'll have to put the training in high gear to stay ahead of you! As you loped ahead of me with your big mile 23 I thought A star is born....or was it.. the mouse he left our house, to ease the pain he's down the drain...
