I wanted to get 13.1 in under 2 hrs. got 13.4 in exactly 2 so felt good about that.  First 4 were painful here splits for your perusal. 9:56, 9:42, 9:09, tryin to warm up, 8:28, 8:39, 8:33, 8:21, 8:16 these last few miles were on what I like to call "the carrot trail" sweet, 8:46, 9:03, 9:33, going up that hill, 8:58, 9:05, 3:25 last .40.  Avg. 8:57 ate banana before, had cytomax w/water during and one shot block.  Feel ok. XTERRA is next weekend!  Bros should be here!

Definitely should be there. Let me know 2 to 3 months or so in advance next year. BIke trip to Moab would be fun, but would want to do it in fall or spring weather.

Also, nice run. Hope Robyn feels better and returns to limberosity.
