MudRun for fun, three mud pits, two walls, some barricades, dirt and sand. Ran w/ Wobyn. She is a rock star at the walls and looked good covered in mud! Good times. Next up Xterra 15K!

It was a lot of fun actually, good to change things up. The military puts it on and yells, taunts, and pushes you in the mud. Pretty cool. You stop and do push-ups a few times. Good times, here is the link, there are some funny video clips. http://www.bigsurmudrun.org/Home_568.htm
