a sad sad run, I had intentions of doing more but I think I busted a hernia during my race on sun.  I hurt, what do you think gdoc, about three inches below umbilicus, sharp pain.  not good, better take er easy.  plus I have a nasty case of poison oak right now on my lower legs, from hiking I believe.  Sad gunslinger these days...
