ahh, the beast has some life left.  I will put some splits down, not because they are impressive, but because I need to get some sort of seriousness going for my race, 1/2 marathon, in 6 weeks.  here they are 10:04, 9:37, 9:04, 8:33, 8:36, 8:44, 8:34, 8:31, 8:47, 9:44 (nice hill here), 8:45.  Felt pretty good, my knee has been hurting, left knee cap, mostly on uphill, any ideas to help it?  Actually I played raquetball 2 days ago and my knee felt alot better today, go figure.  Enough rambling.. NICE ST. GEORGE OREO!!
