back to the spin class tonight.  Felt ok, but I kept mentally drifting and would suddenly realize that I was barely pedaling.  not much running this week, played bball a few times though and halo twice.  gotta count for something.  Try to get a few miles in tomorrow, or the next day...May is looming.
