well, haven't gone that far for some time.  overall feel ok, very happy that my ankle felt fine today.  could I make it another 6 miles, gutting it out?  I guess we'll find out mates!  avg: 8:54. Took  3:00:55.  some pretty good up and down the first 9 miles, then a flat and slight descent. splits, 9:30, 9:19, 9:21, 9:15, 9:34, 10:02 big hill, 8:22, 9:02, 9:18, 8:16, 8:24, 8:35, 8:24, 8:33, 8:20, 8:24, 8:36, 8:42, 8:53, 8:55, 2:58 last .30.  I was starting to slow down no doubt last few, I took powergel and 2 shot bloks which were life savers, had some cytomax, could have used some H2O, especially toward the end, started getting totally hungry.  Oh well, book over now kids.  Doesn't a brew sound good?

J-Dog! Nice! You will be hard to slow down in Ogden. I'm glad you busted out a 20! It'll pay off. When are you coming out for the race? Thursday or Friday...

very impressive for the Duke. That is some serious mileage and I guess means you really have to do the marathon. I as usual thought I busted out a big one only to see the bros double me. Love C.

Golf? serious the day before the marathon? Let's just hang out on the lake with some liquid! I'll ride in the cart...if you guys want to go.

hey, time on the lake sounds awesome! Long as we do SOMETHING, I gave up golf anyway.
